Looking for a beautiful, flexible space for your next class, gathering, or special event?

Danceworks offers a variety of bright, welcoming studio spaces in a historic downtown building full of charm and character. Whether you’re planning a workshop, rehearsal, birthday party, baby shower, homeschool group, or even a book club or Bible study—we’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Our Spaces

All rentals include access to tables and chairs. Sound system and kids’ props available as add-ons.


Studio A & Studio B — 28' x 46'

Spacious and full of natural light, these large studios are ideal for:

  • Dance or fitness classes

  • Rehearsals and workshops

  • Large group events or celebrations

Features: Marley floors, wall of mirrors, ballet barres, wraparound windows

  • Professional Use: $50/hr

  • Private Use: $35/hr



Studio C — 13' x 23'

A cozy, sunlit space that’s perfect for:

  • Children’s birthday parties

  • Private lessons or small group classes

  • Photo sessions

  • Professional Use: $35/hr

  • Private Use: $25/hr

Studio D — 16' x 19'

A versatile room ideal for:

  • Homeschool pods or tutoring sessions

  • Playdates or parent-child classes

  • Wellness, yoga, or coaching

  • Professional Use: $35/hr

  • Private Use: $25/hr


Lobby — 27' x 17'

Our beautiful modern lobby is perfect for:

  • Book clubs or Bible studies

  • Showers, mixers, and small group gatherings

  • A casual hangout or serving area during events

  • Professional Use: $30/hr

  • Private Use: $20/hr

  • Free when booked as part of a multi-studio rental or event package!

Event Packages

 

Planning a celebration or gathering? We offer special pricing when you bundle studio use. All event packages include:

  • Use of the spacious lobby

  • Tables and chairs

  • Use of the kitchen area with a full-size fridge/freezer

  • Warm, welcoming spaces that can be customized for your needs

Mini Event Package
$100 for 2 hours

  • Use of Studio C or D

  • Great for small parties, playdates, or photo sessions

Party Package
$150 for 2 hours

  • Use of Studio A or B

  • Perfect for larger celebrations, kids’ parties, or themed events

Celebration Package
$225 for 3 hours

  • Use of Studio A or B

  • Add Studio C or D for extra space

  • Ideal for baby/bridal showers, workshops, or events with activity stations

Optional Add-Ons (for any package)

  • Sound System Use: +$10

  • Kids’ Music & Movement Props: +$10

  • Dance Teacher or Party Host: Contact the studio for pricing

  • Additional Time: Prorated based on hourly rates
